Registration & Payment

Candidates are encouraged to apply online and come in person to visit the academy. The academic team will conduct a pre-admission
interview; the purpose is for the evaluation of specific training requirements to be provided to each candidate. Interested candidates may contact for an appointment during office hours from 10:00 am to 04:00 pm. Monday to Friday.
To register, the candidate must fill the Student Enrollment Form, pay applicable course fees, submit a copy of national identity card, two
copies of a recent passport size photograph and if applicable, a copy of your CV, certificates of previous training courses attended in the spa,
aesthetic and holistic therapies.

Terms & Conditions

Every applicant admitted and accepted for the enrolment into this course must pay strict adherence to the policies including all administrative regulations and procedures governing participant’s registration, acceptance, commencement, attendance, conduct, assessment, academic progression, course completion, withdrawal and conferral of certificates, as laid down by Life Wellness Academy.
Life Wellness reserves the right to modify the content, speakers, date, time, and venue of the course due to unprecedented events.

Payments Terms

After successful registration, applicants can make 50% of the total course fee, and the other half must be settled within a week before the full commencement of the training.
This payment option is not applicable for admission fees and early bird discounts
