Registration & Payment

Candidates are encouraged to apply online and visit the academy in person. The academic team will conduct a pre-admission interview to assess the candidate’s specific training requirements. Interested candidates may contact the office between 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

To register, the candidate must fill an online Student Enrollment Form, pay applicable course fees, submit a copy of national identity card, a copy of a recent passport size photograph, and, if applicable, a copy of your CV and certificates of previous training courses attended in the spa, aesthetic and holistic therapies.

Terms & Conditions

Every applicant accepted for enrollment in courses must strictly adhere to Life Wellness Academy’s policies, which include all administrative regulations and procedures governing participant registration, acceptance, commencement, attendance, conduct, assessment, academic progression, course completion, withdrawal, and certificate conferral.

Life Wellness reserves the right to modify the content, speakers, date, time, and venue of the course due to unprecedented events.


Payments Terms

After successful registration, applicants may pay 50% of the total course fee, and the remaining 50% must be paid within a week before the commencement of the training.
This payment option is not applicable for admission fees and early-bird discounts.
Please note that the registration, administrative, and course fees are non-refundable.

Payment can be made in cash or via bank transfer.
