Registration & Payment

Candidates are encouraged to apply online or visit the academy in person. The academic team will conduct a pre-admission interview to assess the candidate’s training requirements. Interested candidates may contact the office between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

To register, the candidate must fill out an online Student Enrollment Form, pay applicable course fees, submit a copy of their national identity card, a copy of a recent passport-size photograph, and, if applicable, a copy of their CV and certificates of previous training courses attended in the spa, aesthetic, and holistic therapies.

Terms & Conditions

Every applicant accepted for course enrollment must strictly adhere to Life Wellness Academy’s policies, including all administrative regulations governing participant registration, acceptance, commencement, attendance, conduct, assessment, academic progression, course completion, withdrawal, and certificate conferral.

Life Wellness Academy reserves the right to modify the course’s content, speakers, date, time, and venue due to unprecedented events.

Payments Terms

After successful registration, applicants may pay 50% of the total course fee, and the remaining 50% must be paid within a week before the commencement of the training.
This payment option is not applicable for admission fees or early-bird discounts.
Please note that the registration, administrative, and course fees are non-refundable.

Payments can be made in cash or online using a credit or debit card or bank transfer. Installment plan options are also available


Cancellation Timeframe

Students must provide a minimum of 3 days’ notice before the scheduled course date to cancel or reschedule without incurring any penalty.

Cancellations made within less than 3 days of the scheduled course date may result in a forfeiture of the course fee.

Cancellation Process

To cancel or reschedule, students must notify Life Wellness Academy in writing at least 3 business days before the course starting date by emailing info@lifewellness.lk

Cancellations made through any other channels may not be considered valid.

Refunds & Credits

Admission fees, course fees, and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, students who provide a written cancellation request following the 3-day cancellation timeframe may be offered a 12-month credit towards a future course at the discretion of Life Wellness Academy.
