With over 20 years in the spa, wellness, and hospitality industries, Roshantha is a passionate leader dedicated to transforming wellness experiences.

His journey spans global training and expertise, holding professional qualifications in Wellness Therapy, Management, and Operations from ITEC (UK), CIDESCO (Switzerland) and Spa & Wellness Management from Sweden. He is an internationally certified Thai healing practitioner, licensed ITM Thailand teacher, and Sivananda Vedanta yoga teacher. He is also a member of the Thai Healing Alliance International (USA).

Roshantha has collaborated with world-renowned hotel groups, including Marriott International, Jumeirah Hotels, Shangri-La, Anantara,Avani,Fusion Wellness Resorts, and Per Aquum Hotels & Resorts,as well as wellness consultancies across Europe and Asia.

As a wellness operator and consultant, he delivers expert guidance, exceptional management, and transformative solutions for wellness businesses. As an educator, he elevates the industry with IPHM UK-accredited training, empowering future wellness professionals.
