Ayurvedic Abhyanga Massage is one of the most recognised therapies in Ayurveda, an ancient holistic healing system from India. Abhyanga uses warm herbal oils and rhythmic massage strokes to support relaxation, improve circulation, nourish the skin, and promote overall balance. By working with Ayurvedic concepts such as doshas, marma points, and energy pathways, Abhyanga aims to restore harmony to the body and mind and enhance wellbeing.
